Client Service Representatives
Nanci Brown has been a member of our team since 2003. She came to us with extensive veterinary experience and has her Master's Degree from Arkansas State University. Nanci is active with her Arkansas Game & Fish Wildlife rehabilitation permit. She is married to Wayne Brown, has a daughter Hannah Grogan and they have several 4 legged family members.
Jessica Constant joined us in 2007. She has worked in the kennel, as a doctor's assistant and is now at the front desk. She left us briefly in 2013 but came back home and continues to help our clients and patients coming into our hospital. Jessica & her husband Tad have several canine kids as well as several kitties. They just welcomed their first furless child, Emma Kay, June 14, 2017.
Britny Lee joined us in the Spring of 2014. She is a graduate of Arkansas State University with a BA in English. She shares her home with her 5 cats, Aragon, Annabelle, Amy, Little Bit, Rosemary and 3 dogs, Angel, Teddy, Wiggles and Archer, shown here with her..
Shelly Duty joined us in the Spring of 2014. Shelly is married to Dennis Duty. They have 2 daughters, Nicole and Rachel, a son Hunter and a grandson, River.
Brandy Jenkins has rejoined our team in the early Spring of 2015. Brandy & her husband David live in the Jonesboro area with their son Evan, a cat and 2 dogs, including Finlee shown here.
Caitlin Wheaton came to us in late summer of 2015. She is from the Jonesboro area. She started working on her major in biochemistry at the University of Denver and has transferred to ASU. She currently lives with her dogs Daisy & Blaze. Caitlin started out in the kennel taking care of our boarders & patients and has moved to our front desk to welcome you in to the hospital.
Sydney Vaught comes to us from Hot Springs. She is a junior at Arkansas State University, working towards her Animal Science major, Pre-Vet courses. Sydney shares her home with her dog, Remmi. She can be seen greeting clients at the front desk, assisting the doctors with health care as well as caring for our boarding guests in the kennel.
Samantha Copeland is our newest team member. She comes to us with several years of experience in client service. She & her husband JJ share their home with their 2 dogs Mila and Seamus.
Certified Veterinary Technicians
Amber Palmer graduated from Arkansas State University in Beebee in 2012 with her degree in Veterinary Technology. Amber has previous experience working in veterinary hospitals. She is married to Bryar and they have several four legged family members, including Possum the ferret, shown with her here. Amber & Bryar welcomed their first fur-challenged baby, Averie, in July 2015. Congratulations!!
John Griffith comes to us as a recent 2015 graduate of Arkansas State University-Beebe's Veterinary Technology program. He also has a degree from ASU in journalism. John originates from New Zealand, so you might detect a bit of an accent when you talk with him. He and his wife Charlee are currently owned by 2 rescue cats, rescue dogs and at least 5 rescued chickens.
John Trattner came to us in 2009 from Chicago, by way of San Diego, California. He is a full time dad to Eain. John came to us with quite a bit of veterinary experience. When he's not chasing storms, he loves to cruise on his motorcycle as well as soaking up fur time with patients here at work.
Joanie Worlow joined our team in 2002. She is married to Leland and has two sons, Tylor and Josh Clifton and four stepkids, Blake, Taylor, Mattie Grace and Little Josh Worlow. Their extended family includes many furry members.
Candace White has been here since 2012 and is a graduate of Arkansas State University. She has worked in the kennel caring for our boarders and as an assistant seeing to the health of our patients. Candace's family includes cats Larry, Granny and Chloe, and dogs, Fin & OJ.
Robyn Wollschlager joined our team in summer of 2014. She is a pre-vet student at Arkansas State University. She will be getting married in 2017. Robyn is owned by furkids Staples and Shiloh.
Megan Norris has rejoined our family in 2014. She worked at a veterinary hospital in Walnut Ridge before joining us and is currently working towards her Veterinary Technician degree. She is shown here with one of her dogs, Vivi. Megan lives in Jonesboro with her husband Nick.
Lindsay Short rejoined our team in spring 2014. She has a biology degree from Arkansas State University. She is ruled by her furry family and Ralphie. Lindsay got married to Zac Short in December 2016.
Stella Shepherd joined our family in the fall of 2015. She is attending Arkansas State University, working on her Animal Science degree. Stella is ruled by a Great Dane mix named Reba (pictured with her above), a lab mix puppy name LeDoux and 2 horses, Bandit and Rosey.
Ben Diab has been caring for the pets here since 2013. Raised in New York, he moved here in 2010 and shares his home with his dog CJ and kitty Ollie (shown here).
Hannah Grogan started helping care for your pets in 2015. She graduated from Brookland High School in May 2017 and has been very active with the FFA. She has quite the menagerie at home, including bunnies, goats (which she also shows), dogs and cats. Hannah was accepted in to the USDA AgDiscovery program, one of only 15 students across the US to be accepted and has also been named as Arkansas Miss United States Agriculture, 2017. Congratulations!!
Lauren Mavros joined our team early in 2016. She is from the Jonesboro area. She is owned by 2 dogs, Athena and Sophie, and one cat, Silver Streak.
Pam Bledsoe moved to the Jonesboro area from Memphis in 2016. She had several years of experience in the retail side of pet care before coming to join our team. She and her husband Michael share their home with 3 kitties, Tiger Lily, Sweet Pea and Bobby Sue.
Sara Fielder is new to our team in 2017. She grew up in northeast Arkansas and attends Arkansas State University in Jonesboro. She is involved with the American Boer Goat Association and the A-State Spirit & Arkansas Challenge Scholarships.
Courtney Francois has worked with us for several years. She is a graduate of Arkansas State University. She shares her home with Gryff, a mixed breed dog and Luna, a Belgian Malinois.
Tori Haskins worked for us in 2015 but moved back home to Missouri. She came back to us in early 2017. Welcome back, Tori!!
Shelbie King comes to us thru an internship program working towards a veterinary certification. She is a graduate of Ozarka College in Melbourne. She lives with her cats Tigger and Roo.
Alicia Torres is from the Jonesboro area and joined our team in May 2017. She will be attending Arkansas State University with a major in pyschology & counseling. Alicia shares her home with her 2 dogs, Charlie & Bates.
