Client Service Representatives

Nanci, Assistant Office Manager, Crematory Manager - CCO

Nanci Hill has been a member of our team since 2003. She came to us with extensive veterinary experience and has her Master’s Degree from Arkansas State University. Nanci is active with her Arkansas Game & Fish Wildlife rehabilitation permit. Nanci is also our Crematory Manager, she is certified in pet crematory operations and pet cemeteries. She has a daughter, Hannah Grogan, and they share their home with several 4 legged family members (too many to list, hah).

Britny

Britny Hjørungdal joined us in the Spring of 2014. She is a graduate of Arkansas State University with a BA in English. She shares her home with her Norwegian husband, 3 dogs – Archer, Bunny and Ollie, 1 parakeet and her 2 cats Aragon and June.

Brandy

Brandy Jenkins joined our team in the early Spring of 2015. Brandy & her husband David live in the Jonesboro area with their son Evan, 2 dogs (Rocky and Finlee), and 3 birds, Tink ( a double yellow headed amazon parrot shown here) Geordie (a white Cockatoo) and Patty ( an African Gray parrot).

Luke

Luke Guntharp joined us working part-time in the kennel in his high school years, during which he would spend his summer vacations working with us. He loves to travel, enjoying seasonal work in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. He has recently returned from Wyoming in the fall of 2018 and has been with us since. He shares his home with his cat and an english bulldog Abigail.

Emily

Emily came to us in 2021 from a long work history in the floral industry. She and her husband have one fur-less child and share their home with their dog Rocket and their cats Ladybug and Loki. Emily enjoys spending her time reading fantasy and romantic comedy novels.

Pam

Pam Bledsoe moved to the Jonesboro area from Memphis in 2016. She had several years of experience in the retail side of pet care before coming to join our team. You can see Pam working as a technician and up front but mostly she is a receptionist these days.

Veterinary Assistants

Megan, Technician Manager

Megan Norris joined our family in 2014. She worked at a veterinary hospital in Walnut Ridge before joining us and is currently working towards her Veterinary Technician degree. She is shown here with one of her dogs, Chuck and is owned by very many kitties. Megan lives in Jonesboro with her husband Nick.

Candace, Head Patient Care Specialist, Head of JFPH Blood Bank

Candace White has been here since 2012 and is a graduate of Arkansas State University. She has worked in the kennel caring for our boarders and as an assistant seeing to the health of our patients. Nowadays you can find her sharing in most of the PCS (Patient Care Specialist) duties. Candace’s family includes cats Granny, Melon and Chloe, along with her dogs, Fin, OJ & Spicey.

John

John Trattner came to us in 2009 from Chicago, by way of San Diego, California. He is a full time dad to Eain. John came to us with quite a bit of veterinary experience. When he’s not chasing storms, he loves to cruise on his motorcycle as well as soaking up fur time with patients here at the hospital.

Ben

Ben Diab has been caring for the pets here since 2013. Raised in New York, he moved here in 2010 and shares his home with his dogs CJ and Valentina (Val) and kitty Ollie.

Jessica

Jessica Parker came to us in 2019, since we have two Jessica’s here we refer to her as Parker. She is currently pursuing her Veterinary Technician Degree so you will see her up front and assisting the doctors. She and her husband share their home with their cats Farrah, Ted and Samson along with their dog Penny and Indiana.

Kennel Assistants

April, Kennel Manager

April joined our team in 2015. She grew up in Illinois and has a wide variety of work experience but mostly in the medical field. She shares her home with her precious furbaby, Meadow. She is a great addition to our team and keeps our boarding facility in tip top shape!

Melissa, Assistant Kennel Manager

Melissa joined our team in December 2018. She is originally from North Carolina and currently resides in Paragould. She studies Animal Science with an emphasis on Pre-Veterinary Medicine at Arkansas State University. She one day hopes to obtain her DVM. Melissa shares her home with two dogs, Surge and June, and her cat Sox.

Lauren

Lauren joined our team early in 2016. She is from the Jonesboro area. She is owned by her 2 dogs, Athena, Chance and cat, Kiara.
